Chicken marinated in Harissa and Grilled
I used many Moroccan cookbooks as guide to create this dish and tweaking the ingredients and spices to my taste.
Grilled Chicken and Potatoes served on a bed of Creamy Spicy Charmoula Tomato Sauce
